We are committed to providing you with the best web design services. However, under specific conditions, you may be eligible for a refund.

🔁 Return / Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel within 24 hours of order confirmation, you will receive a full refund.
• If the work has already started, the refund process will depend on the progress made.

💰 Refund Conditions:

• If you cancel before the work starts → 100% refund
• If we are unable to deliver the service → 100% refund
• If partial work is completed → 30%–70% refund, depending on the amount of work done.

❌ Refund Not Applicable If:

• 70% or more of the project is already completed
• You provided incorrect information or failed to communicate on time
• Dissatisfaction based on design opinion or preference (if the pre-agreed work is delivered as promised)

• Include the following details:
  • Your full name
  • Order ID
  • Payment proof (screenshot or transaction ID)
  • Reason for requesting the refund
• We will review your request and respond within 5–7 working days.
• If approved, refunds will be processed via Bikash, Nagad, UPI, or your original payment method.

⏳ Refund Timeframe:

• Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 days.

⚠️ Additional Notes:

• If payment was made in installments, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
• Refunds are not applicable in cases of fraud or misinformation.
